Access your partner dashboard

Use the email address you signed the partnership contract with.
We send a 6-digit verification code to that inbox. No password needed.
Enter the code and you land on your partner dashboard: your venues, QR codes, flyers and payouts, all in one place.

Every paid subscription from a group playing at your venue earns you the commission agreed in your contract.

A group scans your QR
Players scan the QR code on your flyer at your venue. That links their game to your venue.
They sign up
One player creates a free QuestGame account with their email.
They pay the subscription
The player pays the game subscription online. From that moment the sale counts for you, whether or not the group finishes the game.
The month closes
On the 2nd of every month we close the previous month: we count every paid subscription linked to your venue and generate your payout summary.
It shows up on your dashboard
The month appears in your payout history with its subscriptions and amount, and the payout summary is ready to download. The transfer goes to the bank account in your contract.

14 March: A group staying at your venue scans the QR. One of them signs up and pays the subscription.
15 March: They play the first level and stop there. It does not matter: the sale already counts.
2 April: March is closed. Your dashboard now shows March with 1 subscription and its payout, and the summary is ready to download.
Following days: You receive the payout summary by email and the transfer to your bank account.

Sales from the current month are not shown until that month is closed on the 2nd of the following month.
